OTAGO PTE. LTD. holding company provides technical assistance to franchisees around the world in an exchange for equity shares. In some cases, OTAGO considers making direct investments in selected successful franchise projects.
The technical assistance provided includes several services, from business plan formulation to practical operational assistance in production management industrial techniques and technology transfer.
Through OTAGO TECH Co. Ltd. (spin-off entity from KGC), OTAGO is also able to provide the full set of production equipment, which includes long term warranty when combined with the machine operation and maintenance capacity building provided with the technical assistance.

Carbon Finance
Being a green business, the franchisee is able to access Carbon Finance by certifying its CO2 emissions and selling the resulting carbon credits. OTAGO can assist its franchisees throughout the process (Inspection, VCS Certification, Sales), offering the franchisee the opportunity to get extra-income without efforts.
